This lot has high intensity with a leading tomato note accompanied by grassy and herbacious like basil. It is EU and Canada certified organic. At 463 mg/kg, it’s considered legally (by EU standards) as high in polyphenols. Its organoleptic (aroma and taste) is of world-class quality.
